Funky Fibres

What's on my desk today? My funky fibres. I'm making an attempt at getting them carded up this week. The kids think they are for getting themselves tangled up in though.

Want to know where I get these fibres from? I love the Variety Bags at Texere Yarns. (And yes that's a kids shoe box.) Now I need to go fetch the scissors from the top of my wardrobe so I can cut that card to size, the ones in my locked draw are for fabric and fibres only.

What's on your desk/kitchen table/ floor or where ever you are creating today? Come join in the fun at WOYWW.

We love those variety packs but they don't go very far when we are dumfing so we have bought gorgeous knitting yarns and shared them between us. Some of them were really cheap oddments from Dunelm and wool shops. The variety of textured yarns for sale these days is amazing.

When I go to England I must find a store with such fibres - I don't have many as you can't get them here!Like that you keep things in shoe boxes - I do too!

lovely colours, what do you do with them? I gave up completely on crafting this week sadly! I had even made an all digital card in your honour as you were sponsoring ABC of Christmas! Crappy week, too busy but looking forward to a three day weekend for Easter. Take care,
Brenda
