A Simple Birthday Celebration

It was Daniel's birthday yesterday. And yesterday was also full of phone calls and meeting regarding our house move. So the celebration was short and simple, but still nice. Perhaps we will have a big joint House Warming and Happy Birthday party after we settle in. The mining report came through yesterday and we move next week.

Daniel took the afternoon off work and collected the kids from school. He then took them to the park for about 1/2 hour on the way home. We had a simple birthday picnic style tea in the back garden to make it a bit special, particularly as the weather was celebrating with us.
